Congratulations to Madi Aldrich, the BHS Athlete of the month for September! Madi has worked hard on and off the court and we're excited to celebrate her. ✨ NHS students placed Huskies with every student’s name on their lockers to create a warm and welcoming environment.
✨ Student Leadership Team is preparing positive sticky note messages for lockers.
✨ Clubs, sports teams, and organizations have added encouraging signs to lockers.
✨ Bulletin boards are filled with uplifting reminders.
✨ Yellow 988 flags and signs are displayed outside as a visible reminder of support and resources.
We want every student to know: you are not alone. Help is always available through the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or Michigan’s OK2SAY program, where you can confidentially report concerns to keep yourself and others safe.

📚 Our seventh graders kicked off the school year by tackling a big question: Why should we study history? After thoughtful discussions and debates, each class created a human bar graph to see which reasons rose to the top. The winning ideas will serve as our “why” all year long as we dive into the past to better understand the present and shape the future! 👏✨ #HuskiePride
