๐ Exciting Field Trip to Washington D.C. Shared at July School Board Meeting ๐
A small group of students presented to the Board of Education, representing the 43 students who had a fantastic time exploring our nation's capital.
๐ Students shared highlights of the trip:
Visiting the iconic Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument ๐๏ธ
Exploring the Smithsonian Museums ๐ผ๏ธ๐ฆ
White House ๐
Vietnam Veterans Memorial and Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, to name a few.
Our students learned much about American history, government, and the importance of civic engagement. We are so proud of their curiosity and enthusiasm!
Thank you to all the chaperones, teachers, and staff who made this trip possible. It was a truly unforgettable experience for everyone involved!
